Location: Hybrid, 3 days a week in office in Alpharetta, GA. Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Develop and improve sales reporting and analytics using Salesforce and Gong to provide pipeline updates and trend analyses.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership using BI tools like PowerBI.
• Optimize end-to-end sales workflows and document standard operating procedures and playbooks.
• Coordinate client requests across cross-functional teams, including Legal and Client Assurance.
• Manage and support the sales technology stack, including Salesforce, Gong, Docusign, and Vidyard.
• Prepare operational reports and present findings to internal stakeholders and executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in sales operations.
• Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future immigration sponsorship.

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience working within the software and SaaS industry.
