What you will do

  • Partner with Key Account Managers and Pre-Sales teams to drive the land and expand strategy for the hirify.global Platform.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders at large financial institutions.
  • Formulate and position complex solution proposals for consumer lending, fraud prevention, and retail banking initiatives.
  • Manage sales cycles to meet quarterly and annual targets through collaborative internal engagement.
  • Educate customers on the business value of leveraging the hirify.global Platform for data, analytics, and strategy execution.
  • Ensure long-term client satisfaction and profitability through strategic account management.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Philippines.
  • Proven senior-level experience in managing strategic relationships with senior executives in large financial institutions.
  • Track record of structuring and closing complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise SaaS deals.
  • Deep industry knowledge in banking, credit risk, fraud prevention, or consumer lending.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for client interactions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or equivalent commercial experience.
