Location: Hybrid work setup in Milan and London

Salary: €800 net per month

What you will do

  • Organize and update sales presentations, one-pagers, battlecards, and FAQs
  • Localize global content for the Italian market using relevant examples and language
  • Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base for go-to-market teams
  • Support onboarding by creating checklists and training plans for Sales, Partnerships, and Operations
  • Standardize sales and operational processes into clear workflows
  • Assist with CRM data cleaning, list management, and KPI reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support meetings, follow-ups, and project coordination
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to improve sales playbooks and strategies

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated in Economics, Management, Engineering, Marketing, or similar
  • Highly organized and proficient with PowerPoint/Slides and Excel/Sheets
  • Curious about sales, operations, and go-to-market functions in a fast-growing company
  • Fluent communication in both Italian and English, written and spoken
  • Proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
