What you will do

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements and strategic business and IT transformations.
  • Build trusted relationships with CXO-level clients and lead executive interactions, consulting initiatives, and deal deliverables.
  • Drive profitable growth through business development, pipeline conversion, revenue targets, margin management, fee negotiation, and risk control.
  • Design complex engagements and oversee delivery quality, utilization, customer satisfaction, and post-deal implementation support.
  • Develop talent, foster innovation, and promote continuous professional development within consulting teams.
  • Shape strategic initiatives, external thought leadership, and intellectual capital using industry and technology expertise.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in CXO-level client engagement and relationship management.
  • Proven ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives.
  • Track record of leading complex projects with multidisciplinary teams in consulting, corporate, or public-sector environments.
  • Strong financial acumen, including revenue growth and margin management.
  • Experience supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends and technology, with demonstrated innovation and change leadership.
