What you will do

• Drive profitable growth by meeting signings and revenue targets, managing margins, and growing backlog.
• Identify, pursue, and convert business development opportunities with senior stakeholders.
• Lead client engagement with CXOs as a trusted advisor, owning overall engagement delivery and quality.
• Scope engagements, negotiate fees, and contain risk while ensuring profitability.
• Design complex engagements and oversee delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop teams, fostering continuous learning, innovation, and commercially focused execution.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level.
• Proven ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives.
• Track record of leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in consulting, corporate, or public sector environments.
• Strong financial acumen, including driving revenue growth and managing margins.
• Experience supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of industry trends and technology, with demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change.
