What you will do
- Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel campaigns targeting existing customers across priority natural resources verticals, geographies, and channels.
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing leadership to align campaign plans with vertical GTM plans and pipeline goals.
- Own integrated campaign execution across email, paid social, display, SEM, SEO, content syndication, nurture flows, and webinars.
- Partner with product marketing and content marketing to develop tailored messaging and solution sets.
- Coordinate with event operations and sales to improve onsite execution and follow-up ROI.
- Track, report, and analyze performance against KPIs (MQLs, SALs, cost per lead, pipeline contribution) and improve tactics via A/B testing and audience segmentation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience focused on campaign management, demand generation, or growth marketing.
- Experience planning and executing lead generation campaigns for new customers in a B2B context.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign performance metrics.
- Familiarity with marketing and sales tech stacks (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, intent data platforms).
- Ability to develop campaign briefs, manage creative assets, and coordinate across internal and external teams.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance data to inform decisions.
Nice to have
- Experience in audience-focused B2B campaigns in commodities (e.g., Oil & Gas, Metals and Mining, Power & Technology, Financial Services, Trading, SaaS).
- Knowledge of funnel metrics and pipeline acceleration tactics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
