Location: Remote (Must be based in or have deep market familiarity with the Midwest region, USA)

Salary: $180,000 – $230,000 total target compensation

What you will do

  • Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies for utility-scale solar hardware, EPC, and full-scope services.
  • Drive strategic engagement with key accounts including utilities, IPPs, developers, and EPC firms.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and contract execution.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of regional sales professionals, setting clear goals and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Project Management teams.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and strategy.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in utility-scale solar or renewable energy.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading and mentoring successful sales teams.
  • Must be based in or have deep market familiarity with the Midwest region.
  • Deep understanding of PV, energy storage, PPAs, grid interconnection, and capital structures.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM.
  • Willingness to travel regionally 30% to 50%.
