TL;DR

Associate Strategic Development Manager (Sales): Driving pipeline generation and strategic engagement within the Enterprise market with an accent on cold calling, lead qualification, and complex sales cycle support. Focus on building relationships with large organizations, managing sales campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to progress high-value deals.

Location: US Remote. Hybrid policy: If within ~40 miles of a Hub office, 1-2 days per week in-office attendance is required.

Compensation: Hourly rate estimate of $31.60–$33.85 USD (depending on location) plus variable commission plan.

What you will do

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling and strategic outreach.
  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct needs assessments to schedule demos for sales consultants.
  • Manage and execute sales campaigns via email, task, and call sequences.
  • Support the full sales cycle for Strategic Enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Solution Engineering, Partnerships, and Product.
  • Maintain accurate deal organization and sales collateral throughout the process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SDR experience with a focus on large accounts.
  • Proven expertise in navigating complex, enterprise-level sales cycles.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of industry experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
