What you will do
- Lead end-to-end production of the Board of Directors reporting package.
- Own the monthly management reporting cycle and the monthly Actuals vs. Budget/Forecast process.
- Deliver deep-dive variance analysis and root-cause insights for executive decision-making.
- Run the rolling forecast process and update outlooks with early visibility into year-end outcomes.
- Produce weekly Situation Reports with KPIs, performance trends, and operational risk visibility.
- Own revenue “truth” across reporting outputs and lead EPM tech stack ownership (OneStream, Palantir Foundry, Pigment), including scaling cubes, dimensions, and workflows.
Requirements
- Extensive post-qualification experience with an ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or MBA credential.
- Proven Director-level (or equivalent) finance experience in a complex multinational organization or high-growth scale-up.
- Strong management reporting and Board-level financial communication, including executive storytelling.
- Advanced financial modelling and ability to synthesize large data sets into decision-ready summaries.
- Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and modern BI/CPM/EPM tools, with hands-on EPM experience (OneStream, Palantir Foundry, or Pigment).
- Ability to operate in ambiguity while managing multiple high-priority projects and maintaining rigorous accuracy and consistency.
