What you will do

• Develop and maintain finance-domain data pipelines and models within Databricks using SQL.
• Build, maintain, and optimize financial applications and models in Pigment.
• Automate manual reporting workflows for various teams, including HR, Accounting, and Frontline.
• Manage the integration between Pigment and Databricks to streamline data flow.
• Act as a bridge between Finance functions, BI, and Data Engineering to align technical and business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance, controlling, or a data-adjacent role within a finance environment.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, including running notebooks and writing SQL.
• Strong SQL skills; Python proficiency is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience using LLM-based AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) to accelerate data workflows.
• Solid understanding of financial processes: budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close.
• Business-level English proficiency.
• Eligibility to work and live in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with FP&A platforms such as Pigment or Anaplan.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
