What you will do
- Own the group annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles, ensuring efficient processes and accurate, insightful outputs.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for short- and long-term planning.
- Produce accurate, timely Exco, Board, and management reporting packs and improve clarity, speed, and relevance of reporting.
- Build and enhance dashboards and reporting templates for senior stakeholders.
- Act as a key user and subject matter expert for financial planning systems, including Anaplan, and drive improvements in tools and data quality.
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to align planning, reporting, and accounting outputs and deliver analytical support for ad hoc requests.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Demonstrable experience in financial planning, reporting, or FP&A, ideally in a complex, multi-entity or international organization.
- Advanced Excel skills with a strong eye for detail and a track record of producing accurate financial outputs.
- Hands-on experience with financial planning systems, specifically Anaplan and/or Essbase.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to turn complex data into clear, concise insight.
- Excellent communication skills to present financial information to both Finance and non-Finance audiences.
