Salary: $140,000–$155,000

What you will do

• Lead the design of next-generation interfaces for user interaction with autonomous AI agents.
• Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes to demonstrate the value of the hirify.global portfolio.
• Transform complex technical concepts into intuitive, high-impact visual narratives.
• Partner with UX Governance to resolve friction points and optimize conversion velocity.
• Establish and maintain global design system standards, including accessibility and performance.
• Collaborate across Brand, Product, and IT to ensure a unified design language.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States, with a preference for the Utah/Intermountain hub.
• 8-10+ years of experience in UX/Product Design or HCI within a high-growth SaaS or infrastructure company.
• Expert-level command of Adobe, Figma, and modern interactive prototyping tools.
• Technical fluency in cloud-native architectures, APIs, and data structures.
• Proven ability to manage complex journey orchestration and design systems.
