TL;DR

GTM Enablement Manager (SaaS): Building and optimizing world-class revenue enablement programs to equip sales teams with product knowledge, methodology, and tools with an accent on cross-functional collaboration and data-driven performance. Focus on designing onboarding, facilitating workshops, and leveraging AI to scale enablement efficiency and drive key revenue KPIs.

Location: Must be based in Cork, Ireland or Austin, Texas with a hybrid office requirement.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end enablement programs including onboarding, product training, and sales methodology reinforcement.
  • Partner with Marketing to curate and maintain sales playbooks, battlecards, and objection-handling guides.
  • Measure enablement impact using metrics like ramp time, win rates, and deal velocity.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Product, and Revenue Operations to identify and address deal-blocking gaps.
  • Manage and optimize the enablement tech stack, including tools like Sana and Clari Co-Pilot.
  • Facilitate regular in-person enablement workshops for global teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement and previous experience in a sales role.
  • Proven track record building enablement programs in a B2B SaaS or developer-tools environment.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from our Cork, Ireland or Austin, Texas offices.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for sales audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.

Nice to have

  • Experience with data infrastructure, cloud services, or open-source technology.
  • Familiarity with tools like Sana, Clari Co-Pilot, Claude, Google Suite, Canva, and Salesforce.
