Salary: $145,000 - $165,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as lead attorney for commercial matters, including adtech, UA IO, and vendor agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements involving SaaS, AI tools, and marketing partnerships.
• Partner with IT, Product, and Finance teams to structure deals that balance speed and risk.
• Leverage AI-powered legal tools to improve contract analysis, redlining, and turnaround times.
• Identify and communicate legal and reputational risks to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global legal teammates on privacy, IP, and consumer-facing features.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of legal experience with a focus on complex commercial transactions.
• Law degree and qualification to practice law in California.
• Proven ability to operate independently as a senior legal advisor.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation in legal workflows.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to translate legal concepts into business guidance.
• Experience working with marketing, product, and procurement teams in fast-paced environments.
