TL;DR

Healthcare Strategic Account Executive (Sales): Driving market share growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of healthcare accounts with an accent on strategic consultative selling and relationship building. Focus on executing full floor plate solutions and navigating complex healthcare systems across Nebraska and Iowa.

Location: Must be based in or able to travel within Nebraska and Iowa (up to 30% overnight travel required).

What you will do

  • Create, advance, and close sales opportunities within an assigned list of healthcare accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and central knowledge source for key stakeholders.
  • Promote the full hirify.global brand collective to deliver system-wide floor plate solutions.
  • Analyze healthcare industry trends, financial performance, and policy impacts to inform sales strategies.
  • Balance account development activities with market ambassador responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Must be based in or able to cover the Nebraska and Iowa territory.
  • At least two years of successful contract or capital goods selling and account management experience.
  • Strong proficiency in strategic, conceptual, and issues-based selling techniques.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with dealer partners and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated integrity, business ethics, and professional communication skills.
