What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Lean transformation initiatives across Operations, Finance, HR, and Procurement.
• Design and facilitate workshops to identify improvement opportunities and execute Kaizen events.
• Serve as AI Coordinator to integrate machine learning and agentic workflows into improvement projects.
• Manage a portfolio of concurrent transformation and AI-enabled projects using Agile/hybrid frameworks.
• Coach cross-functional teams and leadership on Lean principles and continuous improvement culture.
• Develop project charters, roadmaps, and performance metrics to ensure sustained business impact.

Requirements

• Lean certification and/or Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) required.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in process excellence or operational transformation.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale Lean deployments in transactional and administrative functions.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, large language models, or agentic automation frameworks.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Must be eligible to obtain gaming licenses and undergo background investigations.

Nice to have

• Master Black Belt (MBB) designation.
• Experience with Lean management systems like Obeya or real-time KPI dashboards.
