Senior Solutions Consultant (AI)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States. Travel to customer locations and field events may be required, at 30%–70% depending on the assigned region or market.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to define technical strategy for high-value enterprise accounts and support regional sales goals.
• Scope, design, and deliver custom technical Proofs of Concept and Proofs of Value for prospective customers.
• Present technical and business architectures to executive and C-level stakeholders.
• Lead technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, and client proposals, addressing complex technical objections.
• Collaborate with Product Management to communicate customer requirements and influence the product roadmap.
• Create reusable architectural assets and mentor associate Solutions Consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, or a related technical or business field.
• 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or client-facing professional services within enterprise software sales.
• Strong technical fluency in enterprise application architecture, REST APIs, databases, SQL, integrations, cloud environments, or modern development languages.
• Experience delivering technical demonstrations, custom prototypes, POCs or POVs, technical discovery, and requirements analysis for enterprise customers.
• Ability to travel to customer locations and field events as required, with expected travel of 30%–70%.

Nice to have

• Experience designing solutions for regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, life sciences, or the public sector.
• Familiarity with production environments, application servers, web servers, AI-enabled automation, or case management frameworks.
• Experience with Salesforce or ServiceNow.
