Solutions Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Munich, Germany; hybrid role with 3 days per week in the Munich office

What you will do

• Manage and execute enterprise-level customer projects using the hirify.global no-code platform.
• Work with customers and partners to develop and implement manufacturing solutions.
• Provide ongoing technical support and build long-term customer relationships.
• Lead projects involving complex stakeholder groups, from shop-floor operators to C-suite leaders.
• Build and improve internal processes in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
• Share customer insights and feedback to guide product and engineering improvements.

Requirements

• BS degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, engineering management, computer science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience; project management, manufacturing, or process engineering experience is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Basic coding skills and familiarity with SQL and REST APIs.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to work in an evolving environment.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
• Experience working in a startup environment.
• Prior project management, manufacturing, or process engineering experience.
