Solution Consultant, Supply Chain - London

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid workplace. Travel up to 25% of the time.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to shape prospects' and clients' supply chain planning vision.
• Discover challenges across demand forecasting, S&OP/IBP, inventory, capacity, and supply planning.
• Create tailored product demonstrations covering demand planning, supply planning, scenario modeling, and supply chain–finance alignment.
• Facilitate discovery and visioning workshops and present proposed solutions to operational and executive stakeholders.
• Build relationships with supply chain, operations, finance, and C-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to communicate market needs and improve the customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven pre-sales experience as a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or in a similar role with enterprise planning tools.
• Strong supply chain domain knowledge, including S&OP/IBP, demand planning, inventory optimization, production planning, or supply network planning.
• Background or degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to explain complex planning challenges through clear product demonstrations for operational and executive audiences.
• Experience working with Supply Chain Planners, Operations Managers, Finance Business Partners, and C-level executives.
• Experience in CPG, Retail, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing, plus advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with o9 Solutions, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, Board, or comparable enterprise planning platforms.
