What you will do

• Develop and execute a global partner strategy to grow presence across key market segments.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard loyal partners to build a robust alliance ecosystem.
• Manage global partner, alliance, and channel sales strategies and incentives.
• Track and report partner effectiveness against targets, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and service delivery to align messaging and drive pipeline.
• Build and develop a high-performing global team.

Requirements

• 20+ years of progressive global sales and partner management experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in hiring and developing teams.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, owning sales targets, and managing forecasts.
• Experience building relationships with IT services, managed services, or software firms.
• Strong ability to influence C-level executives and navigate complex business landscapes.
• Must be based in the US and able to travel approximately 60% of the time.
