What you will do
- Own a defined regional portfolio of priority IDNs and health systems, ensuring revenue growth and platform adoption.
- Lead complex, multi-year enterprise sales cycles, including contract negotiations and partnership structuring.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite, service line leaders, and clinical champions.
- Drive EHR integration and workflow optimization to ensure seamless embedding of Zio into clinical pathways.
- Align cross-functional teams including field sales, clinical, and market access to operationalize enterprise strategy.
- Manage regional performance against quota, growth targets, and system-level KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH) preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise healthcare sales, strategic accounts, or IDN engagement.
- Proven ability to close enterprise-level deals and drive system-wide adoption.
- Strong understanding of health system economics, EHR ecosystems (Epic, Cerner), and care delivery models.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead without authority.
- Willingness to travel 30–50% within the assigned region.
