What you will do

• Oversee daily equity plan operations, including grant processing, option exercises, and cap table management.
• Build and optimize processes for equity transactions to ensure accuracy and global compliance.
• Manage monthly equity reconciliations and reporting.
• Lead integrations between demographic data and payroll systems to streamline operations.
• Develop automated processes for tax rate calculations and payroll integration.
• Design scalable workflows to support rapid headcount growth and the transition to public company requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in equity administration, stock plan management, or a related field.
• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation.
• Deep knowledge of equity compensation principles, including stock options and RSUs.
• Experience with Shareworks equity management platforms.
• Proficiency in payroll systems integration and tax withholding processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience at high-growth technology companies during scaling phases.
• Knowledge of both US and international equity compensation and tax requirements.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and financial modeling experience.
• Strong project management track record for complex cross-functional initiatives.
