What you will do
- Lead the global equity administration function, including stock options and RSUs.
- Drive IPO readiness by supporting S-1 preparation, SEC disclosures, and establishing SOX internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with public company reporting requirements, specifically ASC 718.
- Oversee cap table management and maintain accurate records of all equity transactions.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, HR, and Payroll to align equity strategies and tax withholding.
- Manage external vendors, auditors, and equity management platforms like Carta and Shareworks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in equity administration with leadership responsibilities.
- Proven experience supporting a company through IPO readiness or public company administration.
- Deep knowledge of ASC 718 and SEC reporting requirements.
- Hands-on experience with equity platforms (e.g., Carta, Shareworks).
- Must be based in one of the listed US office locations.
- CPA, CEP (Certified Equity Professional), or equivalent certification.
Nice to have
- Experience in high-growth, late-stage private companies (pre-IPO).
- Knowledge of Israeli equity awards and Section 102 regulatory frameworks.
