What you will do

• Manage daily production activities to meet quality and quantity targets.
• Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate production team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Analyze production data and implement cost-saving measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision.
• Strong knowledge of production management and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in quality control methodologies and ERP systems.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing teams.
• Availability to work 2nd shift (3:30 PM – 2:00 AM).
