What you will do

• Design and develop AI-powered workflows and assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Integrate AI copilots with enterprise data sources and RESTful APIs to enable context-rich automation.
• Implement prompt engineering and fine-tune AI models via Azure OpenAI to improve response relevance and accuracy.
• Establish robust security, privacy, and compliance controls aligned with financial industry regulations and responsible AI practices.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for deploying AI agents and automation workflows using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate in an Agile team to refine requirements and iterate on solutions based on user feedback and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development or automation engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, and Azure AI services.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Experience with version control (Git, Bitbucket) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be based in one of the specified US locations.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio, including designing conversation flows and custom actions.
• Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and prompt tuning for LLMs.
• Background in financial services or wealth management technology.
• Familiarity with Microsoft’s Responsible AI guidelines and Azure Purview for data governance.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in Azure AI or Power Platform.
