Salary: $140,000 – $238,000

What you will do

• Develop and deploy ML and AI models for insurance, actuarial, and investment decision-making.
• Design LLM-enabled analytics and Deep Research solutions using RAG approaches.
• Perform data analysis and feature engineering using Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and DB2.
• Establish model success metrics, validation, and explainability standards.
• Collaborate with data engineers to manage the model lifecycle and monitor drift.
• Implement responsible AI practices, including bias assessment and audit documentation.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the USA is required (no visa sponsorship).
• 8+ years of experience in software, data, or ML engineering.
• 3+ years of experience delivering production AI/ML or GenAI solutions (RAG, agents).
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and production system development.
• Experience with Snowflake, relational databases (PostgreSQL), and API development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and operational lifecycle management for AI systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
• Experience with DB2 or legacy-to-cloud data migration.
