What you will do

• Lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise-grade AI solutions using LLMs and related technologies.
• Design and deploy RAG frameworks to support enterprise search, reasoning, and decision-support use cases.
• Build scalable orchestration layers for prompt execution, model routing, and service resiliency.
• Develop AI-powered document ingestion, parsing, and extraction pipelines for complex financial data.
• Establish observability and monitoring frameworks for AI systems, including latency, quality, and cost metrics.
• Ensure all AI platforms comply with strict security, privacy, and regulatory governance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Extensive experience designing and deploying production-grade AI/ML or LLM-based systems.
• Hands-on expertise with Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or direct LLM API integrations.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, with additional experience in Node.js or Java.
• Proven experience in AI pipeline engineering, ETL processes, and database design (MongoDB, Azure Data Services).
• Experience developing solutions in regulated environments, preferably within financial services or banking.
