What you will do

  • Nurture executive-level relationships with strategic brand customers and manage end-to-end client portfolios.
  • Lead renewal strategy, forecasting, and contract negotiations while coaching teams on value-selling methodologies.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to improve customer journey, segmentation, and engagement tools.
  • Identify and lead initiatives to improve customer experience and address complex issue resolution.
  • Coach and mentor Customer Success Managers to drive product adoption and long-term growth.
  • Communicate progress of strategic initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a CSM/Account Director or 8+ years in customer-facing roles with 2+ in CS.
  • Proven experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS, specifically within Media Buying, Measurement, Collaboration, or Identity.
  • Experience managing accounts with $2M+ ARR or equivalent project management and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to draft and deliver QBRs and executive summaries.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing 3-5 highly strategic accounts or 20+ accounts at $500k+ ARR.
  • Background in adtech/martech on either the sales or buy side.
  • Familiarity with Clean Room solutions.
  • Knowledge of financial metrics like NPV, IRR, and ROI.
