TL;DR

Salary: $65,000–$70,000 per year

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as their primary point of contact.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing needs, concerns, and challenges.
  • Assist with onboarding, product training, and ongoing support to maximize service value.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to resolve issues and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.
  • Document and report customer feedback and success stories to leadership.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and customer support tools.
  • Excellent teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
