Focus on prescribing relevant solutions to complex business pain points and ensuring long-term value realization for high-revenue global customers.

Location: Must be based in Italy

Compensation: $137,100–$177,500 (On-Target-Earnings)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with C-Level executives to understand business pain points and drive strategic alignment.
  • Prescribe relevant products and services to solve customer challenges and improve key business KPIs.
  • Create and execute comprehensive Customer Success plans to drive product adoption and value realization.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional account teams, including Account Executives, Solution Consultants, and Technical Account Managers.
  • Establish a regular cadence of Executive Business Reviews to track progress and define renewal and growth strategies.
  • Act as an escalation point to resolve issues and ensure seamless customer onboarding and retention.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a contact center or related industry.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large, complex global customers with multi-million dollar revenue responsibility.
  • Strong leadership profile capable of influencing and inspiring cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology- or business-related field.
