Location: Must be based in Italy
Compensation: $137,100–$177,500 (On-Target-Earnings)

What you will do
- Build and maintain effective relationships with C-Level executives to understand business pain points and drive strategic alignment.
- Prescribe relevant products and services to solve customer challenges and improve key business KPIs.
- Create and execute comprehensive Customer Success plans to drive product adoption and value realization.
- Orchestrate cross-functional account teams, including Account Executives, Solution Consultants, and Technical Account Managers.
- Establish a regular cadence of Executive Business Reviews to track progress and define renewal and growth strategies.
- Act as an escalation point to resolve issues and ensure seamless customer onboarding and retention.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a contact center or related industry.
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and verbal).
- Proven ability to manage multiple large, complex global customers with multi-million dollar revenue responsibility.
- Strong leadership profile capable of influencing and inspiring cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Gainsight.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology- or business-related field.
