What you will do

• Maintain delivery visibility by tracking cross-team blockers, integration risks, and upstream/downstream dependencies.
• Model the impact of scope changes and capacity constraints to present clear trade-offs to leadership.
• Drive backlog readiness and enforce delivery operating norms to reduce rework and execution variability.
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate operational tasks like status synthesis and risk narrative generation.
• Manage Kanban-based delivery systems for teams handling a mix of planned work and high-priority operational demand.
• Coordinate across engineering, QE, and architecture teams to resolve blockers and ensure release integrity.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of delivery management experience within software engineering teams in a fintech or regulated environment.
• Deep SDLC fluency, including integration complexity, release management, and dependency modeling.
• Proven experience building or improving delivery systems and using flow metrics to drive structural change.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira for dependency tracking and operational insight.
• Demonstrated use of AI-assisted tooling to improve delivery throughput and artifact generation.
• Must be based in the continental US or able to work from corporate locations in Utah, Arizona, or Colorado.

Nice to have

• Experience managing sprint-based teams and enforcing planning discipline.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services.
• Experience coordinating across both iterative and continuous-flow teams.
• Agile, Scrum, or Kanban certification (CSM, PSM, KMP).
