is building the operating layer for accounting firms, automating workflows across Payments, Engagements, and Practice Management.
What you will do
- Own end-to-end success of complex, multi-product customer implementations and enterprise rollouts.
- Lead the Advanced Implementation Delivery Trio, driving alignment and accountability across Solutions Architects and Implementation Engineers.
- Serve as the primary delivery leader for enterprise customers, facilitating executive-level conversations and managing escalations.
- Manage program scope and risk, maintaining a live risk register and preventing scope creep.
- Act as a product expert and advisor to guide customers on workflow configuration and operational requirements.
- Establish operational rhythms including weekly syncs, milestone reviews, and executive readouts.
Requirements
- 6+ years in implementation, program management, or professional services delivery at a SaaS or enterprise software company.
- Proven experience managing multi-phase, multi-stakeholder implementation programs.
- Strong track record of executive-level customer communication and relationship management in a delivery context.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery teams without direct management authority.
- Familiarity with technical implementation concepts such as data migration, system configuration, and integration architecture.
- Must be based in the US.
Nice to have
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification.
- Prior experience in accounting technology, fintech, ERP, or practice management software.
