What you will do
- Build and develop a high-performance team of Implementation Managers and Specialists.
- Define and document scalable implementation methodologies, playbooks, and project templates.
- Serve as the senior point of escalation for complex client issues and internal blockers.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth handoffs and realistic scoping.
- Maintain real-time visibility into portfolio health, risk indicators, and team capacity.
- Contribute to strategic organizational planning and headcount growth in partnership with the COO.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or professional services within fintech or digital banking.
- 5+ years of people management experience leading implementation or project management teams.
- Deep understanding of core banking systems and digital banking platforms.
- Demonstrated track record of building high-performance teams and improving delivery metrics.
- Executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with C-suite stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Corelation, Jack Henry, or Fiserv core banking systems.
- Experience with digital banking conversions or multi-vendor projects.
- PMP, PMI, or equivalent project management certification.
