What you will do
- Manage and develop a designated portfolio of existing customer accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Implement consultative sales strategies to identify customer needs and offer tailored software and hardware solutions.
- Maintain and update account plans to maximize sales opportunities and minimize client attrition.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Support, and R&D to enhance the overall customer journey.
- Prepare and present professional bids, tenders, and proposals to secure new business within existing accounts.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK
- Proven 5+ years of experience in selling software solutions.
- Demonstrable track record in selling business application software.
- Strong proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High degree of technical competency and computer literacy.
