What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation and post-launch stabilization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, RAID logs, and status reporting.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear project scopes, objectives, deliverables, and success measures.
• Partner with clinical, operations, product, technology, and analytics teams to drive alignment.
• Standardize project management processes, including intake, planning, and closure practices.
• Track project health and provide objective status updates via bi-weekly reports.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, digital health, clinical operations, or insurance.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and multiple competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting.

Nice to have

• PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
• Experience with tools like Smartsheet, Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Confluence, or Miro.
• Familiarity with EHRs, CRMs, or care management systems.
• Experience with analytics platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
