What you will do

  • Manage and update the opportunity funnel within Salesforce to ensure data accuracy.
  • Generate and maintain timely quotes and price lists using the Salesforce CPQ tool.
  • Collaborate with regional VPs and outside sales representatives to support revenue trajectory activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status and product information.
  • Acquire new customers while retaining and growing the existing installed base.
  • Prepare activity and forecast reports to support sales objectives and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to learn and understand telecommunications technologies including broadband and wireless.
  • Must be able to work onsite at the Huntsville, AL headquarters.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Data analysis experience.
  • Previous experience in marketing or telemarketing.
