What you will do
- Own analytics projects covering pipeline hygiene and quality initiatives, forecasting process improvements, and growth trend analysis.
- Partner with Salesforce, , and Snowflake teams to improve data availability, structure, and usability.
- Produce deep dives on bookings and revenue trends, retention and churn drivers, and product-level revenue performance.
- Analyze performance across the full revenue lifecycle: acquisition, expansion, and retention.
- Support recurring business rhythms including QBRs and executive reporting.
- Enable accessible insights into pipeline generation, coverage, and quality; help train and optimize the BI environment for AI-driven querying and analysis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Analytics, or a related role in a SaaS environment.
- Strong experience with BI and analytics tools (Sigma strongly preferred; SQL required; Python nice to have).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and customer or revenue data platforms (e.g., , Snowflake).
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders.

- Experience supporting forecasting and pipeline analysis.
- Exposure to AI-enabled analytics or automation use cases.
- Experience working in a project-driven analytics or RevOps team.
- Comfort working cross-functionally across Sales, CS, Product, and Finance.
