What you will do
- Own CS operations end to end: account health monitoring and alerting, renewal/expansion workflows, lifecycle process design, and book-of-business management.
- Own SD&D operations in Salesforce: implementation tracking, milestone forecasting, onboarding risk signal detection, and Sales-to-post-sales handoff workflows.
- Build and maintain CS/SD&D analytics and reporting infrastructure, including notification and signal delivery systems.
- Serve as Salesforce system administrator for CS/SD&D (flows, validation rules, permission sets, assignment rules, and custom configurations) under RevOps governance.
- Automate manual reporting, data cleanup, and recurring administrative work into repeatable processes.
- Partner with CS and SD&D leadership to identify operational gaps, scope improvements, and drive them to completion; manage RevOps projects and communicate proactively.
Requirements
- Location: United States (Remote)
- Proactive, self-directed operating style with the ability to connect operational improvements to business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication across multiple organizations; ability to redesign cross-functional processes without formal authority.
- Proven ability to convert manual, recurring work into automated, scalable solutions.
- Salesforce admin proficiency: record-triggered/scheduled/autolaunched flows, validation rules, permission sets, and custom objects with governance best practices.
- Background in Revenue Operations, CS Operations, or Post-Sales Operations with exposure to both customer success and implementation/technical teams.
