What you will do

• Manage site quality-assurance team including recruitment, retention, assignments, training, and evaluations.
• Implement and maintain hirify.global Quality Assurance System across all Canadian sites.
• Update site quality processes and contribute to project quality plans, installation kick-offs, and design reviews.
• Manage welding procedures, supervisors, audits, and provide technical support.
• Handle customer quality meetings, site documentation, and lessons-learned processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience.
• At least 10 years of experience with minimum 3 years managing a team.
• Experience working on construction sites.
• General knowledge of mechanical measurement devices and ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written) in both French and English.
• On-site safety training.

• Hydro experience.
• Practical knowledge of 3D measuring equipment.
