Salary: $190,000–$260,000 Annually

What you will do
- Provide strategic direction for global sales and marketing initiatives to maximize revenue and profit.
- Lead the development and execution of organic and acquisition-driven growth strategies.
- Manage fiscal year budgets, including bookings forecasts and channel cost optimization.
- Oversee global sales efforts through direct regional teams and international manufacturer representatives.
- Drive business development and go-to-market strategies across multiple business units.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align division initiatives with broader corporate goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of leadership experience in sales or business development within defense, aerospace, or highly regulated manufacturing.
- Strong technical aptitude for understanding complex component and system architectures.
- Proven expertise in budget planning, contract negotiations, and leading multicultural teams.
- Familiarity with global trade compliance, FAR, FMS, and government funding environments.
- Must be able to work onsite in Blacksburg, VA and possess ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
