What you will do

• Lead and manage opportunities end-to-end, from initial identification through to proposal, negotiation, and contract award.
• Identify and develop new growth areas across defense and federal agencies to build a sustainable pipeline.
• Establish and manage relationships with key government stakeholders, prime contractors, and strategic partners.
• Contribute to and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with defense priorities.
• Translate customer requirements and procurement signals into clear internal guidance for product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience focusing on U.S. defense and government markets.
• Proven success independently leading and securing complex defense deals.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth or startup environments.
• Must be based in the United States with the ability to engage directly with federal stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in maritime, naval, or autonomous systems environments.
• Background in scaling defense technology organisations.
• Experience in senior individual contributor or leadership roles with responsibility for capture and partnerships.
