What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategy to scale business within the Department of War and U.S. federal government.
• Lead and motivate a team of account executives and sales professionals to achieve ambitious results.
• Secure high-value contracts that expand access to federal government entities.
• Oversee business development efforts in new international geographies.
• Partner with the product team to provide feedback on the hirify.global Unite platform.
• Manage the budget for the government sales division.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience in government sales, defense technology business development, or government service.
• Demonstrated success in winning contracts and developing programs of record within the Department of War.
• Strong existing network within the Department of War and federal government.
• Expert understanding of the Congressional appropriations process.
• Must be prepared to relocate to Boston, MA if not currently based there.
• Willingness to travel frequently to Washington, DC, and other locations globally.
