What you will do

• Manage production parts outgoing quality, dispositions for anomalies, and low yield reports while communicating with vendors.
• Monitor and oversee product assembly, CP, BP, and FT yields; define and adjust SBC/SBL and test limits.
• Drive general yield improvement and test time reduction programs for parts in production.
• Support suppliers with device knowledge and prepare documentation for qualifications, 2nd sourcing, and device migration.
• Provide technical support to customers on functionality, troubleshooting, and improvements; drive corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least three years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, IC design, or product engineering.
• Experience with JMP and Galaxy.
• Ability to navigate in a global matrix organization.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
