What you will do

• Drive continuous improvement actions and studies to enhance process and productivity.
• Monitor and control lead time performance of the production line.
• Analyze machine parameters versus control chart data to initiate corrective actions for out-of-control characteristics.
• Perform root cause and failure analysis, scheduling corrective and preventive action plans.
• Generate and revise procedural documents and work instructions.
• Conduct qualifications and set-ups for new projects, materials, equipment, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering.
• 1+ year of work experience in molding processes.
• Proficiency in statistical tools including SPC, QC Tools, FMEA, DOE, and Minitab software.
• Six Sigma Greenbelt certification.
• Project management skills and excellent communication abilities.
