What you will do

• Monitor, update, and control lead time performance of the production line.
• Perform feasibility studies for process or equipment improvements.
• Analyze machine parameters versus control chart data and initiate actions for trend characteristics.
• Generate and revise procedural documents and work instructions.
• Execute root cause and failure analysis to design corrective and preventive measures.
• Perform qualification and set-up for new projects, materials, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Graduate of an Engineering Course.
• 0-1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
• Proficiency in statistical tools such as SPC, QC Tools, FMEA, DOE and software like Minitab.
• Six Sigma Greenbelt certification.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
