What you will do

  • Architect comprehensive end-to-end Salesforce solutions tailored for Revenue Cloud, focusing on CPQ and Invoicing.
  • Analyze and optimize Quote-to-Cash processes to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable enhancements.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, Sales Operations, and Finance teams to define requirements and strategic roadmaps.
  • Lead the full implementation lifecycle of Salesforce Revenue Cloud projects, ensuring timely and budget-aligned delivery.
  • Oversee the integration of Salesforce with enterprise systems such as NetSuite, Avalara, Stripe, and DocuSign.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates to introduce new features and AI-powered tools to client workflows.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with Salesforce, including 3+ years specializing in CPQ and Billing projects.
  • Must be based in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario, Canada.
  • Strong understanding of accounting operations, including billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition (ACV, TCV, ARR).
  • Hands-on experience with CLM, document generation, and e-signature tools.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, and Lightning components.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Certifications: Revenue Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, or Application Architect.
  • Familiarity with Apex and Omniscript development.
  • Knowledge of integration tools such as MuleSoft, Workato, and REST/SOAP APIs.
