Salary: $145K – $185K

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pricing and billing processes and document functional requirements, solution architecture, and diagrams.
• Configure Salesforce CPQ for complex pricing, discounting, bundling, product rules, quote templates, approvals, and guided selling.
• Design subscription and recurring revenue models, usage-based billing, amendments, and renewals.
• Design and implement integrations with NetSuite, ERP systems, billing platforms, payment gateways, and tax engines using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft or Boomi.
• Develop custom workflows, approval processes, automation, reports, and dashboards for CPQ and Billing.
• Prepare configuration runbooks, guide development teams, create documentation, conduct user training, and support deployments and enhancements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce with strong understanding of Revenue Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Billing; hands-on experience with subscription management, revenue recognition, and Quote to Cash process.
• Experience configuring products, pricing, bundles, rules, templates, approvals, discounting, and advanced logic like price rules and automation flows.
• Experience optimizing quote-to-order processes, subscription billing, invoicing, payments, tax handling, usage-based billing, and integrations with NetSuite/ERP via APIs and middleware.
• Experience with Agentforce and excellent understanding of end-to-end Quote to Cash business process.
• Active Salesforce certifications: CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Agentforce, Application Architect, Platform Developer I & II, Integration Architecture Designer.
