What you will do
- Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements and processes.
- Translate customer requirements into Salesforce designs, leveraging best practices.
- Configure Salesforce Service Cloud solutions and develop technical specifications.
- Drive best practice UX design into solution delivery and manage customer communications.
- Oversee successful project completion and lead enterprise-level initiatives with minimal direction.
- Partner with the Artificial Intelligence team to create innovative Salesforce solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years project experience in a hands-on technical consulting and project management role.
- 2+ years of project delivery experience with Salesforce.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce administration (Service Cloud & Sales Cloud).
- Expert in designing and creating Service Cloud solutions using Salesforce declarative configuration.
- Experience with Experience Cloud, CRM Analytics, Apex, VisualForce, and Web Services.
- Experience leading multiple Salesforce Project deployments, including release and multi-environment management.
- Proven ability to successfully juggle multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Ability to understand and assess how business processes can be improved using Salesforce.
- One or more current Salesforce certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud/CPQ/Field Service, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder).
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical degree or equivalent experience.
