TL;DR

Account Executive, Commercial Sales (SaaS): Selling the R365 Accounting and Operations Platform to restaurant groups with an accent on value-based selling and pipeline generation. Location: Must live within the Orange County and Los Angeles, CA target market region. Hybrid setup requiring weekly customer visits.

Salary: $66,400–$99,600 + Commission

What you will do

  • Identify and sell into new accounts in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Development team.
  • Generate a healthy pipeline to ensure closed revenue and quota attainment.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from self-sourcing new opportunities to closing.
  • Conduct weekly in-person customer visits within the assigned territory.
  • Perform value-based selling and ROI analysis to uncover client pain points and business impact.
  • Ensure new customers remain on track for successful implementation post-sale.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Orange County or Los Angeles, CA area.
  • Proven record of success in Account Management or Sales (software sales preferred).
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to network, negotiate, and problem-solve effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

  • Accounting or Restaurant Management experience.
