What you will do

  • Drive end-to-end product marketing strategy aligned with organizational growth priorities.
  • Define and operationalize ICP and buyer persona strategies across the product suite.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product marketers to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Demand Generation to execute successful launches and campaigns.
  • Direct the development of high-impact sales and marketing content, including briefs and case studies.
  • Synthesize market and competitive insights to influence roadmap and commercialization decisions.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of technical product marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B solutions.
  • Proven experience leading product marketing for a portfolio of products.
  • Strong ability to develop and scale go-to-market strategies and messaging frameworks.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members.
  • Exceptional ability to translate technical details into customer-centric messaging.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree (MBA preferred).
  • Marketing experience in highly regulated industries like government affairs, legal, or tax.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and HubSpot.
  • Public speaking experience at webinars or industry conferences.
