What you will do
- Drive end-to-end product marketing strategy aligned with organizational growth priorities.
- Define and operationalize ICP and buyer persona strategies across the product suite.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product marketers to foster a high-performance culture.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Demand Generation to execute successful launches and campaigns.
- Direct the development of high-impact sales and marketing content, including briefs and case studies.
- Synthesize market and competitive insights to influence roadmap and commercialization decisions.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of technical product marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B solutions.
- Proven experience leading product marketing for a portfolio of products.
- Strong ability to develop and scale go-to-market strategies and messaging frameworks.
- Experience managing or mentoring team members.
- Exceptional ability to translate technical details into customer-centric messaging.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (MBA preferred).
- Marketing experience in highly regulated industries like government affairs, legal, or tax.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and HubSpot.
- Public speaking experience at webinars or industry conferences.
