What you will do

  • Administer and optimize the MarTech and SalesTech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and engagement tools.
  • Own platform documentation, change management processes, and release management cadences.
  • Monitor platform health and establish alerting frameworks to resolve system issues before they impact the pipeline.
  • Translate business requirements from marketing and sales stakeholders into technical configurations and enhancements.
  • Evaluate and pilot AI features to enhance marketing and sales workflows and programs.
  • Design and manage automation and orchestration workflows to reduce manual effort and increase conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Austin, TX; Charlotte, NC; or Reston, VA
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the software industry.
  • 7+ years of experience working with marketing technologies to build automated and personalized customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in Marketo (MAP) and Salesforce (SFDC), including reporting and optimization.
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) principles and platforms, specifically 6sense.
  • Proficiency in GTM sales technology such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach.
